We are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst
with
8 10+ years
of relevant experience, preferably with deep expertise in
Equipment Finance
and
Vendor Finance
domains. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of sales support, underwriting, compliance processes, and vendor finance technologies. This role requires a highly analytical professional capable of leading complex analytical initiatives, developing data `driven solutions, and partnering with cross `functional teams to optimize business performance.

Provide subject matter expertise across

underwriting ,
compliance , and vendor finance lifecycle workflows.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology groups.
Analytics
Strategy Development
Lead analytics initiatives across multiple business units using advanced analytical tools and methodologies.
Determine optimal analytical approaches and guide development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of analytical models and solutions.
Conceptualize, design, and continuously optimize
data `driven analytical solutions
for operational efficiency and business growth.
Conducts research; collects and interprets business requirements, and participates in the development and review of processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting. Assists in obtaining and identifying the business requirements needed to carry out and improve applicable business processes. Develops and maintains all applicable policy and procedure documentation, and, as applicable, documents for IT applications, system specifications and test plans, according to existing standards and methodologies. Supports the development, analysis and distribution of relevant reporting.

Consult with business partners on analytical strategy, tool adoption, and process optimization.
Mentor junior consultants on analytical best practices, solution monitoring, statistical scoring, and business intelligence usage.
Contribute to the development of new analytical products, insights dashboards, and BI capabilities.

Support market research, performance analysis, and business forecasting through structured and unstructured datasets.

The pay range for this role is
