Business Developer

The role is to drive strategic account growth through specification development, business development, and long-term customer engagement. This individual will be responsible for developing and expanding key customer relationships while identifying opportunities to strengthen Hilti's market presence and commercial impact.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field required
• MBA or Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience working with engineering firms, major accounts, utilities, EPCs, field engineering, sales management, business development, or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term account strategies for complex customers
• Knowledge of power-industry applications such as generation, transmission, distribution, or renewable energy
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments
• Strong conceptual thinking skills and an innovative approach to problem-solving
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational awareness and ability to navigate a matrixed environment
• High motivation, customer focus, and a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Ability to influence a wide range of technical and commercial stakeholders
