The company operates with dual headquarters in Boston and Paris and serves a global ecosystem of marketplaces and third-party sellers.Hybrid role with an expectation of 4 days in our Boston office and 1 work-from-home day per week.Account Manager/Business Developer, Mirakl Ads You will play a pivotal role in expanding our retail media business. You will be responsible for acquiring and engaging advertisers, supporting them in leveraging Mirakl Ads solutions to achieve their growth objectives. Through business development, strategic advisory, and data-driven insights, you will help advertisers maximize their return on investment while driving the success of Mirakl-powered marketplaces.What You'll Do Strategic Growth & Business Development Define and implement a growth strategy with Mirakl marketplace operators, including target setting, value propositions, and action plans to maximize advertiser adoption and ad spendDevelop and execute business development initiatives using both 1:1 and 1:many acquisition strategiesIdentify key advertising opportunities and build tailored offers that align with advertisers\' business objectivesAdvertiser Acquisition & Activation Drive new advertiser onboarding, lead commercial negotiations, and persuade advertisers to start investing on the platformEducate and train advertisers on Mirakl Ads solutions, helping them set up and optimize their first campaignsProvide strategic recommendations to improve advertisers\' performance using available data insights and ad product featuresPerformance Tracking & Optimization Monitor and analyze the evolution of advertising revenues and key advertiser performance metricsContinuously animate the advertising ecosystem with strategic offers, campaign insights, and recommendations to drive sustained engagement and investment growthAct as the voice of the advertisers, identifying new business needs and relaying them to product teams for potential feature enhancements or new ad productsWhat Mirakl is looking for in a candidate 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account ManagementBachelor or Master's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalentInterest in retail media and a first understanding of its core principles, including common activation levers and measurement fundamentalsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendationsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentCompensation Below you will find the reasonably estimated annual compensation range for this role. This range includes a base salary and, where applicable, a variable incentive tied to the role. Your starting compensation within this range will be based on your relevant skills, and experience and education, with any future adjustments informed by role scope, performance, and internal pay equity.
