What You'll Do

✅ Build relationships with business leaders and become a trusted partner

✅ Develop new client accounts through networking, referrals, outreach, and prospecting

✅ Manage the full sales cycle, from initial conversations through ongoing account management

✅ Conduct client meetings by phone, video, and in person

✅ Partner with clients to understand hiring challenges and provide staffing solutions

✅ Strengthen existing relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships

✅ Grow your book of business while helping companies and professionals achieve their goals

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, business, customer success, recruiting, or other client-facing roles
• 
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• 
  
• Confidence engaging with decision-makers and business leaders
• 
  
• A self-starter who is motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• 
  
• Someone who enjoys connecting with people and creating lasting partnerships

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary + uncapped commission. Expected earnings: $60,000 - $100,000+
