Job Description: Business Development Professional – Commercial Construction

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional with 7+ years of experience in the Commercial construction industry with K-12 Projects! This position is with a highly regarded local General Contractor known for its commitment to keeping projects and employees local. If you have experience with K-12 Projects - we want to hear from you! This is to help them grow that portfolio. 

Business Development Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Commercial Construction industry (K-12 projects).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bids and proposals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and upcoming project opportunities to maintain a robust pipeline of work.
• Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry-related forums.
