GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating profitable new business by leading with Quad''s industry-leading print and direct mail manufacturing capabilities while expanding client relationships through Direct. A Quad Agency''s full suite of marketing services.
This role develops enterprise relationships with new and existing clients, identifies growth opportunities, uncovers business challenges, and connects clients with integrated solutions spanning print production, direct mail strategy, audience intelligence, data, creative, campaign execution, measurement and optimization.
The Business Development Executive serves as both a strategic consultant and trusted advisor, partnering with internal subject matter experts to build long-term client relationships that maximize customer growth and lifetime value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales
Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across targeted industries and enterprise accounts.
Lead with Quad''s print, production and direct mail manufacturing capabilities as the primary market entry point.
Expand opportunities into higher-value agency services including:
Strategy & Planning
Audience Intelligence & Data
Creative Development
Direct Mail + Email, Digital/Social and Landing Pages
Measurement & Analytics
Marketing Optimization
Develop annual territory and account growth plans.
Maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals and strategic outreach.
Utilize Salesforce to manage pipeline health, forecasting and opportunity progression.
Meet or exceed revenue, margin and growth objectives.

Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing

Performance/Success Measures
Employees can be expected to be paid an annualized salary range of $150,000 - $210,000, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions.
