Business Development Manager

A respected commercial builder in North Texas is looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow its client base across the DFW market. If you know the local construction community and love building relationships that turn into long-term work, this is a role where your efforts are seen and rewarded.

What You'll Do

• Find and pursue new commercial construction opportunities across DFW
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects and brokers
• Lead the pursuit process, from first meeting through proposal and interview
• Partner with preconstruction and operations teams on strategy, pricing and presentations
• Represent the company at industry events, associations and community functions
• Track the pipeline and report on leads, wins and market trends

What You Bring

• 5+ years of business development experience with a general contractor, construction manager or related firm
• A strong network in the DFW commercial real estate and construction community
• A track record of winning work and growing long-term client relationships
• Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
• Comfort with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
