The posted salary range reflects the range the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual starting salary will be determined based on internal pay equity to promote consistency and fairness across comparable roles, while also considering the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.
Position Summary:
In this role, you're accountable for all aspects of building, selling, and executing joint business plans that deliver the objectives of the customer team. The Business Development Manager (BDM) must understand the implications their plans have on brand strategies and the broader marketplace. The BDM will lead Joint Business Planning and work alongside key customer contacts to gain alignment on goals and plans. You'll then collaborate with the customer and internal stakeholders to execute the plan and check/adjust as necessary. Internally, the BDM is responsible for leading key planning processes and engagements, including Annual Operating Plan and other tasks as needed to ensure alignment with HQ Strategies.
