Munsch Hardt is seeking an experienced, full-time Business Development Manager - Real Estate who will manage both strategic and day-to-day marketing and business development initiatives supporting the Firm's Real Estate practice groups (including Leasing, Hospitality, Multifamily, Real Estate Finance, etc.). While this position will be based in Dallas, the candidate is also expected to support certain firmwide initiatives.
Working closely with attorneys, practice group leaders, and the Firm's marketing leadership (Chief Business Development + Marketing Officer and the Director of Business Development + Marketing), the Manager develops and implements marketing and business development programs that enhance the Firm's visibility, strengthen client relationships, and support practice growth. This role requires a high degree of independent judgment, strategic thinking, and coordination across multiple offices and practice groups.
The position serves as a primary marketing and business development resource for the Firm's Real Estate attorneys and collaborates with internal teams to align initiatives with the Firm's broader marketing strategy.
