The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Business Development Partner to open doors into CEO, CHRO, and VP People conversations and close new client engagements. This is a 100% commission role with no cap on earnings — you're selling an established, credentialed practice with a track record and national press behind it, not building a pipeline from zero credibility.

This role is a fit for someone who already has relationships in HR/talent leadership circles, or who has sold staffing, RPO, HR tech, or consulting services before and wants to build a book of business on their own terms.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and engage CEOs, CHROs, founders, and VP People at growth-stage and mid-market companies
• Represent NWTS's service lines — executive search, fractional talent leadership, recruiting ops redesign, and AI-enabled recruiting audits — using approved messaging and case studies
• Manage outreach and initial qualification conversations, then bring the founder in to close
• Maintain a visible pipeline and provide regular updates on prospecting activity and deal status
• Help identify which NWTS service is the right fit for each prospect's stage and needs

What We're Looking For:

• Proven business development or sales experience, ideally in staffing, RPO, HR tech, executive search, or B2B consulting services
• Existing network or credibility with CHRO, VP People, or founder/CEO audiences
• Comfortable operating independently in a commission-only structure, without a base salary or draw
• Strong written and verbal communication — you'll often be the first impression of the firm
• Self-directed; no junior coordinators or sales infrastructure — you're working directly with the founder

Compensation:

• 100% commission, uncapped, on deals you originate
• Commission rates vary by engagement type (executive search, project-based advisory, or recurring fractional retainers) and are outlined in the partner agreement
• Paid upon client payment of invoice
• No base salary, draw, or benefits — this is an independent contractor arrangement
