Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate leads
- Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for account executives
- Maintain accurate records and activity in the CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly pipeline and meeting targets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on outreach strategy
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Basic CRM and computer proficiency
