We are supporting our client on a search for a Business Development Representative who wants to launch a real sales career, fast. This is a launchpad seat with strong mentorship, a transparent ramp, and a clear path to Account Executive.
You will work hybrid out of a great Denver office alongside experienced AEs and a hands-on sales leader. We are intentionally open to recent grads, internship grads, and career changers from retail, hospitality, or any role where you got reps talking to humans.
Responsibilities
Prospect into a defined book of strategic accounts
Build outbound sequences across email, calls, and LinkedIn
Run discovery and book qualified meetings for senior AEs
Maintain a clean CRM with high outbound activity
Research target accounts and personalize outreach at scale
Test and improve outbound playbooks
Partner with marketing on account-based programs
Requirements
0 to 2 years of sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Coachable, competitive, and resilient
Comfort with cold outreach and follow-up
Hybrid presence in the Denver office at least two days per week
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
