Business Development Sales Representative – Industrial Staffing

Snelling Staffing has been in business for over 75 years, helping companies find quality talent and helping people find great opportunities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Sales Representative to help expand our presence in the Dallas market.
This is a true outside sales role based out of our Dallas office. We are looking for someone who enjoys being in the field, making cold calls, visiting businesses, and building lasting relationships throughout the Dallas area. We are looking for someone who understands the local market, enjoys developing new business, and takes pride in creating long-term partnerships with clients in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, logistics, and industrial environments. Staffing industry experience is preferred, especially within industrial staffing.
What You'll Do
Develop new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and in-person client visits
Build relationships with manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and industrial companies throughout the Dallas territory
Identify client staffing needs and provide customized staffing solutions
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers
Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of prospects and clients
Partner closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure excellent service and successful placements
Follow up consistently and provide outstanding customer service
Stay informed on local market trends and hiring activity
Help grow and strengthen Snelling Staffing's presence in the Dallas market
What We're Looking For
Staffing industry experience preferred
Experience in industrial staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution staffing is a plus
Familiarity with the Dallas territory and business community
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
Someone who is driven, outgoing, and comfortable making cold calls and outside sales visits daily
Strong organizational and time management skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
