We are a small business management firm based in Santa Monica, CA. We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for supervising junior staff and preparation of Financial Statements. Must have a bachelors degree in accounting or finance and be proficient in QuickBooks and/or Datafaction, with 3-4 years experience. Ideal candidate is someone looking to gain a lot of experience and grow with the firm.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
Communication with clients
Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
Preparation special analytical reports
Prepare data for tax return input
?Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Experience with QuickBooks and/or Datafaction
Skilled in Excel
Detail and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
