Roles & Responsibilities Lead large scale client business development, delivery engagements in the Life Sciences Industry - Bio Pharma. Drive account growth strategy by identifying white-space opportunities, expanding service lines, achieving YoY revenue and margin targets. Build and nurture C-level client relationships (Technology & Business teams), acting as a trusted advisor to enable digital transformation and long-term strategic partnerships. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Qualifications: Strategic business partnering, stakeholder and executive relationship management, demand and portfolio alignment, financial governance, and cross‑functional leadership in a client environment. Graduate or Postgraduate degree 10+ years' experience with 1-2 plus years in sales roles Strong record of growing IT + BPS services in global pharma accounts.
