IESC is seeking consultants to provide professional proposal management services to support IESC's proposal development efforts. The selected consultants will work closely with IESC's new business team and the relevant practice area team, and will manage the full proposal development process from start to finish to respond to RFPs/RFAs issued by USAID and by other donors. The consultants will manage designated proposal teams (comprising of internal staff members and external technical consultants) and delegate proposal tasks appropriately while adhering strictly to deadlines under high-pressure.
