Schedule and compensation

• Location: Wilmington, IL 60481
• Contract term: 12 months
• On-site; 12-hour day shifts
• Teams: Sunday–Tuesday (day shift) or Wednesday–Friday (day shift)
• Rate: $20.81 per hour (day shift)

Core responsibilities

• Package finished cans/products following production standards and work instructions
• Run and observe conveyors, labelers, sealing units, and palletizing equipment
• Inspect products and packaging; remove and segregate nonconforming items
• Verify labeling, coding, and pack patterns for all finished goods
• Replenish cartons, trays, tape, labels, and related supplies to prevent stoppages
• Make basic machine adjustments; notify maintenance of issues requiring support
• Adhere to PPE rules, safety policies, and housekeeping standards
• Keep work areas neat and organized for safe, efficient operation
• Record production counts, packaging data, and downtime events
• Assist with loading, palletizing, and shipment preparation
• Partner with operators, leads, and supervisors to align with schedules
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within packaging

Your background

• Experience in Maintenance, Packing, Production, and Picking
• Comfort working around automated packaging lines
• Strong attention to detail and team-first approach
