Position Summary
The Capital Manager is responsible for driving capital equipment sales performance and strategic market expansion across the assigned territory. This role leads the full capital sales cycle-from opportunity identification and pipeline development to executive-level engagement and deal closure- while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
The Capital Manager partners closely with health system stakeholders, including C- suite executives, to position Precision IO Group's advanced robotics and interventional oncology solutions as a strategic investment. Through strong market insight, value- based selling, and account leadership, this role builds long-term customer relationships, develops key opinion leaders, and accelerates adoption of innovative capital technologies that enhance clinical and economic outcomes.
