Caregiver – Non-Medical In-Home Care | Nala Care

Nala Care is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our growing team!

Our caregivers provide non-medical in-home care that helps seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Mobility and transfer assistance

• Companionship and supervision

• Medication reminders

• Transportation and errands when assigned

• Follow individual client care plans

• Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and Nala Care staff

• Accurately document services provided

• Communicate scheduling and client-related information through AxisCare

Requirements

• Must be dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts on time

• Must successfully complete all required background screenings

• Must provide or complete required First Aid, CPR, and Abuse & Neglect training before being placed on the schedule

• Reliable transportation is strongly preferred

• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required for positions involving client transportation

• Ability to safely assist clients with personal care and mobility needs

• Professional, respectful, and compassionate attitude

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required for all positions
