Position Summary
Become a key part of a high-performance distribution team where accuracy, speed, and teamwork drive success.

As a Case Picker, you will use a QPR (Ride-On transporter with a remote) and the Jennifer Voice Pick System to

efficiently select customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Guided by voice technology, you'll navigate designated picking areas, accurately retrieve products, and build stable,

quality pallets destined for stores and customers. This hands-on role combines physical activity, problem-solving,

and technology, allowing you to work independently while contributing directly to the facility's productivity and service goals.

Successful team members take pride in maintaining high accuracy standards, meeting performance targets, and ensuring

products are selected safely and efficiently.

This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable warehouse and logistics experience while working in an environment

that rewards reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.

Required Qualifications
Ability to read, write, and count accurately. 

Must be at least 18 years of age. 

Good written and verbal skills. 

Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally (courteous and cordial)

Ability to stand/walk for periods of time

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 75 pounds 

Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job task - training is provided.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
