This role will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client consultations to contract execution and event follow-through. The manager will collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality events that align with the museum's brand and client expectations while maximizing profitability.**Experience:**+ 3-5+ years of experience in catering sales, hospitality sales, or event management+ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets+ Experience managing client relationships and executing high-volume or high-profile events+ Proficiency with sales and event management systems (e.g., Delphi, Tripleseat, or similar CRM tools)+ Experience developing proposals, contracts, and pricing structures+ Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including banquet and catering services+ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred**Qualifications:**+ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)+ 3-5+ years of experience in catering sales, event sales, or hospitality management+ Experience using sales and event management software (e.g., Delphi, Tripleseat, or similar CRM systems)+ Strong knowledge of catering operations, banquet service, and food and beverage standards+ Ability to develop proposals, contracts, and pricing packages for events+ Experience managing multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment+ Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management practices+ Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in food service operations+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)**Curious about Life at Levy?
