We are currently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our evening shift team. Primary Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and facility policies
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing leadership
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and responsive care to residents
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
• Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required, or the ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care
