Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

Salary: $35-$40/hr, depending on experience

Schedule: Flexible Schedule, Sunday-Saturday

About the Role

As our PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you'll help patients improve independence, function, and quality of life while working alongside a collaborative in-house rehabilitation team. This role provides flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population across inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient services, and long-term care.

What You'll Do

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
• Help patients improve activities of daily living, mobility, safety, and independence
• Work with a mix of short-term rehabilitation, post-hospital recovery, outpatient, and long-term care patients
• Communicate patient progress and treatment outcomes with the supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team
• Support patient and caregiver education
• Contribute to discharge planning and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Colorado
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities
• New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply
