Join our fun, high-energy Correspondent team as a Program Manager in Chase Home Lending, where you'll apply your strong understanding of home lending products while serving as a key point of contact for correspondent clients. Our Chase Correspondent Home Lending Team purchases closed mortgage loans and mortgage servicing rights from independent mortgage banks and financial institutions across the country with a focus on delivering liquidity, reliability and market leading services. As the Vice President of Program Management in Correspondent Channel Programs, you will lead complex, cross-functional business programs within the Correspondent Channel of Home Lending, with an emphasis on Non-Agency, Government (FHA & VA), and Builder programs and the delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives that improve market share, execution, controls, scalability, and partner outcomes.
This role requires an experienced program leader with strong governance discipline, the ability to influence across functions without direct authority, and a proven track record delivering multiple workstreams concurrently in a highly controlled environment.
