Chief Estimator (Mechanical)

· Oversight of the estimating process for all trades

· Establish and sustain standardized procedures, methods and processes for:

· Estimating

· Scope Reviews

· Customer relations

· Training

· Bid proposals

· Software maintenances

· Cost analysis

· Product inventory schedules/ reviews

· Collaboration with internal groups (Preconstruction, Operations, Sales & Business Development)

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of mechanical estimating experience

· Proven Leadership in estimating

· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems

· Proficiency in estimating software
