We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs.  This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.  Key Responsibilities, but not limited to: Transportation: Drive trailer, truck vehicles to transport cargo/inventory and materials to and from the distribution center. Loading/Unloading: Loading and unloading cargo/inventory, which may involve using pallet jack and conveyer or other equipment to move pallets/boxes and large items. Delivery Management: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to designated locations/clients, which may include interacting with clients. Using various equipment that may include manual conveyors, carts or pallets in a multi-temperature environment. Effectively maneuver equipment on lots of limited space and possible obstacles. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any other relevant information. Vehicle Maintenance: Performing routine checks on the vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues, and ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition. Route Planning: Utilizing GPS and other routing systems to plan efficient delivery routes and ensure timely arrival at destinations. Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company safety procedures. Customer Service: Providing professional and courteous customer service during deliveries and addressing any delivery-related inquiries or concerns. Required Skills and Experience: 21 years of age High School Diploma/GED 9 License Good Choferil Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent experience in the military Willing to work any schedule, including weekends and holidays, due to our 24/7 environment Customer-focused, team-player attitude Demonstrated safety behavior This position must pass post-offer background, pre-employment screening and drug test Preferred Skills and Experience: Prior foodservice distribution/delivery experience TWIC Card Physical Demands and Work Environment: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
