Apply civil engineering methodologies such as structural load analysis, geotechnical site assessment, and hydrology/hydraulic modeling to standards tracks like US: ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC 360, AASHTO LRFD and International: Eurocodes EN 1990-1998 and ISO.
Author rubrics that distinguish authentic civil engineering judgment from generic textbook or coursework-level recall.
Qualifications
Must-Have
5+ years working as a civil engineer or engineering lead.
Direct ownership of large-scale infrastructure designs, permitting processes, or construction project delivery.
Fluency in civil engineering tooling and methodologies.
Understanding of regulatory approvals, environmental review (NEPA or international equivalent), and public agency oversight.
Preferred
A recognized professional engineering credential (US PE, CEng, EUR ING, or P.Eng).
Prior rubric, engineering-training curriculum, or design documentation authorship.
