Drivers based in Little Rock run regional dry van freight with no-touch loads and a 12-day schedule that repeats from one cycle to the next. This position is built for drivers who want steady miles and a structured routine without constant changes in routes or last-minute dispatch adjustments that can disrupt weekly plans.
Drivers operate on a 12-day run followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Average hauls range from 700–750 miles, allowing drivers to stay productive without frequent short runs. Loads are planned in advance to help reduce downtime between trips and keep each week moving efficiently from start to finish.
Freight moves across established regional lanes with a high percentage of no-touch loads. Most shipments are drop-and-hook, with some live unload depending on the customer. This setup helps drivers stay focused on driving instead of extended time at shipping and receiving locations or long delays between stops.
Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Trucks include APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and mounts for TV and microwave. Equipment is maintained on a regular service schedule to help reduce breakdowns and keep trucks on the road throughout the week.
Weekly earnings are based on miles and experience and are paid weekly. Additional pay is available for qualifying detention time. After 6 months, drivers are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Rider and pet programs are available after approval. Drivers may take trucks home during resets if safe parking is available or use an approved terminal location for convenience. Dispatch support is available throughout each trip to assist with routing, load planning, and maintenance coordination.
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience
