Drivers run a 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Average haul lengths range from 700–750 miles, helping create strong weekly earnings and consistent freight flow. This schedule provides a dependable balance between time on the road and time at home.
Freight is no-touch, allowing drivers to stay productive without unnecessary delays. Detention pay is available when delays occur. Drivers can focus on safe driving, steady miles, and efficient deliveries.
Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Trucks are equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators for added comfort on the road. Reliable equipment helps reduce downtime and keeps drivers moving.
Medical, dental, and vision insurance available. Drivers also receive paid vacation and 401(k) eligibility after 6 months. These benefits are designed to support drivers on and off the road.
