365 Freight USA is hiring experienced Class A company drivers based in Montgomery, AL for regional flatbed routes that offer competitive pay, consistent miles, and predictable home time. Drivers will operate late-model equipment, perform professional load securement, and receive comprehensive support from operations staff.
Compensation & benefits
- Typical weekly gross earnings: $2,300–$2,500.
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000 (total).
- Tarping pay: $40 per load (approximately 40–50% of loads require tarping).
- Detention pay: $16 per hour (after 2 hours).
- Layover pay: $50 per day (after 24 hours).
- Breakdown pay: $100 per day.

Haul profile & home time
- Operating area: Nationwide service across the contiguous United States; drivers are based out of Montgomery and most are assigned 4–6 state regional loops to maximize home time.
- Regional focus: Typical loops commonly include Southeastern states (for example Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana).
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday/Saturday operations with a 34-hour weekend reset.
- Average miles: Consistent freight averaging 2,000–2,500 miles per week.
Primary responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer equipment safely and in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations (DOT, HOS).
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; document and report defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Secure and transport flatbed freight according to load instructions and securement best practices, including straps, chains, binders, and tarps.
- Complete required driver logs, supporting paperwork, and electronic logging device (ELD) records accurately and timely.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, operations, and customers regarding route status, delays, or incidents.
- Report accidents, incidents, delays, and required maintenance according to company procedures.
Minimum qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 1 year of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience.
- Minimum of 6 months of flatbed experience.
- Demonstrable proficiency in flatbed load securement and tarping.
