These positions are responsible for ensuring efficient office operations through data entry, record maintenance, customer service, and general administrative assistance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Scan, copy, fax, and file documents both electronically and physically.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as assigned.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Assist with inventory and office supply management.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
