CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: Client Account Manager (CAM)
Looking for a detail-oriented person to work with the Management team overseeing projects for Fortune 100 clients across the US JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Work with Client Account Management Team and Information Management Team via telephone and email
Answering high volume of incoming calls
Dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors
Running reports and following up on all service requests within your range
Data Entry
Processing purchase orders, etc.
