Client Relationship Manager / Client Service Representative (Futures & Derivatives)

Location: Chicago, IL

Max Pay Rate: $48.44/hr

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote

Duration: Contract (Through December 31, 2026)

Note: Contractors are responsible for parking expenses.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager / Client Service Representative to support institutional brokerage clients across Futures, Options, and OTC Clearing products. This role serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, trade support, relationship management, and operational issue resolution while partnering with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for institutional clients regarding futures, options, OTC clearing, trades, positions, lifecycle events, commissions, and reporting.
  • Manage client inquiries and coordinate with internal business partners to resolve operational issues and escalations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, operational reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Coordinate contract expirations, last trade date activities, and physically settled contract processes.
  • Support client onboarding, portal access, and self-service adoption initiatives.
  • Maintain client profiles, operational procedures, and contact information.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Brokerage, Clearing, and Collateral teams to improve the client experience.
  • Monitor outstanding issues, prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up reports.
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities to reduce manual workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, operational controls, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting institutional brokerage clients within Futures, Options, Derivatives, or Clearing Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of futures and options lifecycle, trade execution, clearing, and margin processes.
  • Experience with GMI or similar futures clearing platforms.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and global derivatives market practices.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global financial markets or brokerage operations.
  • Experience working with outsourced or global operations teams.
  • Experience with Tableau, SharePoint, or client service reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
