Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That’s why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).

What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Protections Coach, you'll build trusted relationships with RamseyTrusted Pros, coaching them to grow their businesses while serving our fans the Ramsey way. You'll provide practical guidance, hold Pros accountable to Ramsey standards, and help them continuously improve their performance. Through one on one coaching, group coaching, and ongoing relationship management, you'll become a strategic partner committed to helping Pros succeed while protecting the integrity of our programs.

• You have experience coaching, consulting, or developing business professionals to achieve measurable results 
• You naturally build trust while confidently holding others accountable to high standards
• You're an effective coach who provides clear, direct feedback and practical advice in a way that is constructive and well received
• You're comfortable having candid conversations and addressing difficult topics with professionalism and respect
• You're a strong relationship builder who enjoys partnering with business owners to help them grow
• You're an organized communicator who can effectively manage a portfolio of relationships while documenting activity in CRM systems
• You're deeply aligned with Ramsey principles and passionate about helping others win

What Winning Looks Like:

• Coach and hold RamseyTrusted Pros accountable to improve their performance and better serve our fans 
• Build trusted, strategic relationships with your portfolio of Pros through consistent coaching and communication
• Facilitate impactful Mastermind sessions and one on one coaching conversations that drive measurable results
• Maintain strong provider retention by developing high quality Pros and making difficult decisions when standards are not met
• Keep accurate, detailed account activity and coaching notes in Salesforce to ensure effective relationship management
• Protect the integrity of the RamseyTrusted program by upholding Ramsey standards while helping Pros grow their businesses
