Client Service Accounting Manager

Outsourced fintech cloud based accounting firm is seeking an experienced accounting leader to manage a team of accountants responsible for delivering high-quality accounting services and helping clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of 3–5 accountants
• Oversee client engagements, workflow, deadlines, and quality control
• Review financial statements and ensure accurate client reporting
• Monitor engagement profitability and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Build strong client relationships and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities
• Serve as a technical resource for accounting and technology-related issues

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years at a mid-sized CPA firm
• 3+ years of people management or leadership experience
• Experience preparing and consolidating financial statements
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• CPA strongly preferred
