Client Service Representative - WFH

On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling and conducting virtual or in-person meetings, delivering engaging presentations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting quality control processes. Daily Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Schedule appointments and follow up with union members who request benefits information.

• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.

• Maintain quality control standards in all communications and documentation.
