Our goal is to provide seamless, high-touch service to our families while ensuring continuity and prosperity for future generations.Position SummaryThe Client Special Services Accounting Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive accounting, billing, and bookkeeping support within the firm's multi-family, multi-generational family office. This role ensures accurate and timely financial transactions, maintains organized financial records, and supports the Director of Client Special Services in delivering exceptional service to family clients. The position requires strong accounting acumen, attention to detail, confidentiality, familiarity with investments both public & private and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office environment..You'll be responsible for:Performing all back-office accounting functions for clients including reconciliations, bill and expense payment, payroll, cash flow management, managing loans, tracking investments, the creation of management reports and monthly financial statements.Working with team and collaborating with Trust Accounting to understand all functions of the Family Office.Learning process and considerations applicable to each family and building internal controls and policies to document procedures and streamline day-to-day activities.Monitoring daily investment activity and working with custodians to ensure correct transaction accounting.
