Responsibilities & Requirements

The Client Support Services Tech II provides advanced technical support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and peripheral device issues to ensure reliable access to technology resources that support patient care and operational efficiency. This role responds to Level I and II incidents, maintains documentation, and assists with user training, all while upholding data security and compliance standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.2-4 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or a related IT role.None required.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate''s or Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience providing technical support in a healthcare environment; familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar industry certification.
