About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our care team. CNAs play a vital role in ensuring residents receive the highest quality care, dignity, and respect. You will assist with daily living activities, support residents independence, and help create a positive home-like environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands on assistance and care with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals.
Support residents with personal and emotional needs while promoting independence and dignity.
Assist with routine vital signs, documentation, and reporting resident changes to nurses/med aides.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
Work as a team player to ensure all daily tasks and cares are completed in a timely, organized routine.
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and management.
Qualifications
Current CNA certification in the state of NE
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Compassionate and reliable with a genuine interest in caring for older adults.
Previous experience in assisted-living, memory care, or long-term care is a plus, but not required.
