Closets by Design - North Seattle is searching for the right candidate to join our Production Team in Woodinville, WA. We are looking for a qualified individual who can operate a CNC (nested router) and/or Edgebanding machine. Previous experience is a must. What we are looking for, is an individual that can match the standards, accept accountability, and stand behind their work. Someone that can help us continue to grow.
Responsibilities include:- Operate a nested router/CNC machine including loading and off loading material.
- Process materials to complete projects on time and of the highest quality
- Interpret CAD drawings to ensure build plans are being met
- Performa QA and calibration checks and routines
- Follow quality and safety standards.
- Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
- Understand cut lists for daily jobs.
- Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager.
- Cross-train to perform tasks in various zones
- Operate Forklift
- Team Player
Job Requirements- Experience in the woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems)
- Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Some prior Woodworking experience is preferred but not required.
