CNC Large Lathe Machinist - 2nd Shift, $4.50 per hour Shift Differential 5:00pm-3:30am M-F - $$$ Sign On Bonus Available $$$ We are seeking a skilled CNC Large Lathe Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for a hands-on machinist who takes pride in precision work, problem-solving, and producing high-quality parts. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating large CNC lathes, reading blueprints, holding tight tolerances, and working independently with minimal supervision. We value craftsmanship, reliability, safety, and a strong team mindset. PURPOSE: The Large Lathe Machinist is responsible for operating computer numerical control and/or manual machines to machine large diameter parts. Responsibilities include loading parts into the machine, monitoring machine cycles and detecting malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. The position runs production lots, communicates with co-workers regarding productions runs, and maintains a safe, organized and clean work environment. This position requires expertise in setup, operation, and inspection of complex parts, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety. DUTIES:

The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
