What You'll Do:

• Set up, operate, and perform first article inspections on Tornos Deco & Citizen Swiss CNC machines
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine maintenance & quality issues
• Ensure production goals & quality standards are met
• Work closely with a team to improve processes & efficiency
• Use calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and optical comparators for precision checks
• Assist in training machinists and maintaining accurate documentation

What You Need to Apply:

• Education: High School Diploma (HS Diploma), GED, or equivalent experience
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in CNC Swiss machining (MUST)
• Machine Expertise:Tornos Deco & Citizen Swiss CNC Machines (MANDATORY)
• Work Stability: 5+ years tenure at previous companies (No short-term stints or contractors)
• Strong communication skills & ability to follow complex instructions
• US Citizens or Green Card Holders ONLY
