The CNC Technician is responsible for the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of all CNC machines and other production equipment.

Must be willing and able to work in an environment exposed to elements that can include but are not limited to coolant, dust, mist, elevated noise, and uncontrolled temperatures.
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and other production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Inspect and test machinery and equipment to identify the causes of malfunctions.
Diagnose, repair, and test malfunctioning equipment and machinery.
Replace faulty electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components as needed.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and provide emergency maintenance support to minimize production downtime.
Support environmental initiatives by identifying process improvements, reducing waste, and responding to environmental performance findings.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with 6S procedures and safety requirements.
Operate a forklift as needed.
