Job Title: Co Pilot Studio Engineer
Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC or Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote) Relocation candidates are okay.


We are seeking a Copilot Studio Engineer to lead the implementation of AI-powered automation solutions across enterprise applications and business workflows. This individual will help identify where AI can create business value, design intelligent agents, and integrate Microsoft Copilot technologies into existing processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Identify business processes that can be improved through AI and agentic automation.
• Build conversational agents and workflow-driven AI solutions.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to define AI use cases and implementation strategies.
• Establish best practices for AI adoption and governance.
• Mentor development teams on AI capabilities and limitations.
• Drive operational efficiency through intelligent automation.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of application development, automation, or solution engineering experience.
• Power Platform experts with hands on experience building Co Pilot Agents
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms and APIs.
• Knowledge of workflow automation concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to business stakeholders.
