CODE SENSEI (INSTRUCTOR) - Code Ninjas Seattle

Were hiring enthusiastic, energetic people to join our team and help kids build coding fundamentals, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. No advanced coding experience required, well train you.

The Role

Guide students (ages 7-14) through coding projects, help them think through problems, and celebrate their wins as they level up. Create a fun, safe environment where kids actually want to show up, help run Parents Night Out and birthday parties, and keep the dojo ready to go.

Who You Are

• Experience working with kids (coaching, tutoring, babysitting, mentoring)
• Outgoing, energetic, and genuinely fun to be around
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and coachable
• Willing to learn as you go
