About the Role:
Join Fastest Labs of Frederick as a Collection Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely drug testing services. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform drug and alcohol testing using various collection methods.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the testing process.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations during sample collection.
- Prepare and transport samples to designated laboratories as needed.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and follow established protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in drug testing.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical or laboratory setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with drug testing procedures and regulations is beneficial.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule required.
