    We're looking for a Collections Specialist to join our Accounts Receivable team. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances, and play an important role in supporting the company's financial health while delivering exceptional customer service.

    What You'll Do

    As a Collections Specialist, you'll:

    • Manage a portfolio of past-due customer accounts.
    • Contact customers by phone, email, and written correspondence regarding outstanding invoices.
    • Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships.
    • Process and apply customer payments accurately.
    • Investigate payment discrepancies and billing issues.
    • Maintain detailed collection notes and account documentation.
    • Escalate delinquent accounts when appropriate.
    • Assist with month-end Accounts Receivable activities and aging reviews.
    • Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
