Key Responsibilities for the Collections Specialist:
• Perform outbound collections calls to past-due accounts
• Send and manage follow-up communications via email
• Generate and send invoices/proof of payment using QuickBooks
• Track and document collection activity and account status

Qualifications for the Collections Specialist:
• Experience using QuickBooks
• Prior collections or accounts receivable experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal training
• Strong attention to detail in tracking payments and communication
