What we need: This position is responsible for managing the collection and resolution activity at Brady. It includes communicating with customers through various methods to obtain payment on outstanding receivables as quickly as possible to keep customer accounts current. The role works closely with Customer Service, Sales Operations, Channel, Cash Applications, and Collections.What You'll Be DoingWork closely with customers to determine barriers for non-payment on past‑due invoices and resolve those barriers.Prioritize collections on large dollar amounts to drive working capital improvements.Work closely with customers and the internal Brady team to timely resolve customer deductions taken.Utilize Get Paid and SAP to assist in performing collection and deduction research.Effectively present complex information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.Send statements, aging reports, and invoice copies to customers as required.Demonstrate a working knowledge of Brady's pricing and rebate programs, return policy, sales orders, credit, debits, and cash application.Understand and follow all Credit & Collection related policies and processes.Support team members through teamwork and meet individual and team goals.What You Will Need To Be SuccessfulAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business field, or 1‑2 years of experience in collections/AR, customer service, or accounts payable.Analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Initial level experience in Microsoft Excel.Strong organizational and time‑management skills; attention to detail.Customer service and/or Credit & Collections experience preferred.SAP and/or Get Paid experience are a plus.BenefitsComprehensive insurance coverage starting on your first day of employment, including medical, dental, and vision.Generous 401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunity to participate in incentive programs for all full‑time employees.Family planning benefits including paid parental leave, fertility coverage, adoption and surrogacy assistance.Education reimbursement opportunities.Scholarship program for children of Brady employees.A variety of Employee Resource Groups to provide you with unique networking, development, and volunteer opportunities.Employee Assistance Program and related wellness programs (mental and behavioral health, family counseling, financial management).Dress‑for‑your‑day dress code.Charitable contributions matched through Brady's Matching Gift program.#J-18808-Ljbffr
