Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 10:00am-7:00pm PST. Every other Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm PST with a 4-hour flex day (1:00pm-5:00pm PST) when they work Saturday

Collection Specialist (Spanish Bilingual) Must be in Southern NV and have reasonable commute to Las Vegas, NV due to in-office requirements.

What You'll Do
- Engage with customers to discuss overdue accounts and explore repayments options.
- Negotiates and establishes payment arrangements that support customer needs and company policies.
- Maintains detailed and accurate records of all interactions and agreements.
- Communicates via phone, email, and written correspondence to support timely collections.
- Collaborate with the team to monitor account status and escalate when necessary.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED, with at least 2 years' experience in customer service, accounts receivable, sales or a related field.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal communication and effective negotiation skills.
- Confident phone presence and ability to manage high call volumes professionally and empathetically.
Nice to have but not Required!
- 1+ year of collections experience
- Prior experience in a call center setting.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $22 $25.50 per hour
